Closes #52

Changes

  • docs/agent-skill.md: agent interaction reference — workflow sequence, state machine, E2E examples, error handling, auth. References the OpenAPI spec as SSOT for schema details rather than duplicating them.
  • docs/agent-quick-ref.md: compact ~40-line cheat sheet for agents with tight context budgets
  • llms.txt: llmstxt.org convention index for LLM crawlers and agents
  • README.md: add Agent Skill link to the documentation list

inutano and others added 3 commits March 10, 2026 19:55
- docs/agent-skill.md: full agent reference (submit, poll, outputs,
error handling, auth, examples) designed to be pasted into a system
prompt or referenced from a slash command
- docs/agent-quick-ref.md: compact 40-line cheat sheet for agents with
  tight context budgets
- .claude/commands/run-wes-workflow.md: Claude Code slash command
  (/run-wes-workflow) with step-by-step agent instructions
- CLAUDE.md: auto-loaded by Claude Code, points agents to key files and
  lists the core API endpoints
- llms.txt: llmstxt.org convention index for LLM crawlers and agents
- README.md: add Agent Skill link to the documentation list

Closes #52

… spec

Remove field-by-field descriptions already covered by the OpenAPI spec.
Keep the state machine, E2E examples, error handling, and auth sections.
Add a pointer to the spec and interactive docs as SSOT for schema details.

These are agent-specific skill definitions that belong in personal
config, not in the repo itself. The application should expose good APIs
and let agents discover them, rather than embedding agent instructions
in the codebase.
